He is the father of Tsubasa Himegami and husband of Tsubasa's Mother. He took care of Teppei Ushizume while Kyohei Ushizume was unable to before the night of the rise of the Goblins.[1]
Personality[]
He seems to be a light-hearted individual, and is usually seen smiling or laughing.[2][3]
Appearance[]
He has a prominent square chin, as well as laugh lines on either side of his mouth. His hair is a dark color, and separates into multiple bangs on either side of his face, with a noticeable lack of them in the middle of his forehead.[2] His usual attire consists of a collared shirt, buttoned up at the neck, with a pocket on the left-hand side of his body.[4] When on duty as a policeman, he dons a dark-colored suit with light patches on the shoulders and on the left-hand side of his chest, and underneath this he wears a collared shirt, complete with a tie.[3]
History[]
At some point in his past he married Tsubasa's mother and fathered Tsubasa. He would also eventually become a police officer and become acquainted with Kyohei Ushizume,[3] agreeing to look after his son while he was busy with his work.[1]
Story[]
When his daughter excitedly points out the news of Kirio Karasuba's capture on the television, he chuckles, stating that Teppei has slept in and missed the whole thing.[2] After both children leave the house for school, he comments on how energetic of a boy Teppei is, stating that they should really just adopt him. When his wife scolds him for this statement, saying that Teppei is the only family that Kyohei still has, he says he was kidding, and that since this incident has finally been resolved, even a wet blanket like Kyohei is bound to come home.[4] With the Goblins' attack and the destruction of the police station, his current status is unknown.[5]
